See exactly how Konekte works
Join or start a sòl in a few simple steps. Here’s what it looks like.
First — what’s a sòl?
A sòl (a men, a sabotay) is how Haitians have saved for generations. A group of people you trust each put in the same amount on the same schedule. Each round, one person receives the whole pot — “their hand” — until everyone’s had a turn. No bank. No interest. Just people lifting each other. Konekte makes it safe — even with trusted people beyond your own circle.

Find a sòl that fits
Browse by amount, frequency, and how you’re connected. See the contribution, schedule, and who’s in it — before you commit.
See the trust before you join
For every circle and member, see how you’re connected and who vouches for them. Not sure about someone? Ask a person you both trust — “se moun pa w?”
Agree to the Rules of the Circle
Every sòl has a clear agreement: the amount, the schedule, the payout order, and what happens if someone’s late. You see it and agree before you’re in.
Take your turn — we track every payment
Contribute on schedule, watch the circle move, and receive your hand when your turn comes. Konekte tracks every payment so no one has to chase.
The hardest part of a sòl was never the money. It was trust.
Konekte is built so you can save with people you trust — even ones you don’t know yet — safely.
How the money moves
Plainly, with nothing hidden — because this is the part that matters most.
Your money goes between members — never to us
Contributions route directly between the people in your sòl. Konekte never holds your money, never lends it, never takes a cut.
No interest. No loans. No guarantees we can’t keep.
A sòl isn’t a loan or an investment. You get back what the group puts in — no interest added, none taken.
We charge only for the software
Konekte earns from a simple membership fee — not from your savings. Clearly stated, never hidden.
Frequently asked
How do I know other people will pay?
You see each member’s earned trust and how you’re connected, and you can ask people you both trust about anyone before joining. Konekte doesn’t guarantee payments — we make trust visible so you decide who to save with.
Does Konekte hold or lend my money?
No. We never hold, lend, or charge interest. Contributions route directly between members. We only charge a membership fee for the software.
What happens if someone doesn’t pay?
It’s covered in the Rules of the Circle every member agrees to. A member who defaults loses trust standing and can be removed; the rules explain how the circle continues.
Can money buy me a better position or more trust?
Never. Money can’t buy your trust score, your place in a circle, or how you’re matched. Trust is only earned. Membership unlocks features like wider discovery — never trust itself.
What does it cost?
Joining is free. A simple membership unlocks more features. Identity verification has a small cost. No interest, no hidden fees on your savings — ever.
